2. Click Start > Run>Type regedit>Click OK.

3. Navigate and delete the following keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\RpcRemotes
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wuauserv

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess

4. Exit the Registry Editor.
